Palmisano Starts 2017 With 7 New Hires

NEW ORLEANS – Palmisano starts out 2017 with seven new hires, including a Human Resource Manager, Team Leader and five new employees in the company's Concrete Division.

         Kristen Stachowiak will serve as HR Manager and Sarah Norman comes on board as a Team Leader.

         Palmisano will benefit from Stachowiak’s more than eight years of experience as a HR professional in the construction industry and elsewhere. Her ability to transform and grow businesses through innovative human capital focused initiatives matches Palmisano’s mission to create a vibrant, innovative and fun company culture, company reps said. Stachowiak will focus on enhancing the company culture, improving the workplace environment and achieving cost optimization through effective and efficient HR process design and technology utilization.

         Norman joins Palmisano from the Washington, DC area. She is a New Orleans native with 14 years of construction industry experience, having worked as Project Executive, Project Manager and Design Manager. Norman brings expertise and a passion for historic renovation to her role as Team Leader. She has managed projects ranging from $4 million to $160 million renovations, with a portfolio topping more than $440 million.
