NEW ORLEANS – Palmisano announced the addition of Jordan Gargas, AIA, EI, LEED AP, as design manager. With more than a decade deeply engrossed in the design and construction industry, Gargas’ talents complement the needs of the rapidly growing Louisiana construction firm, reps said. He came to New Orleans to attend Tulane University and holds a BS in Civil Engineering, a BA in Architecture and a Master of Architecture, all from Tulane University.
Gargas will utilize his extensive experience in all areas of the construction industry to support pre-construction efforts by working directly with leadership and cross-functional project teams as a strategic partner. Palmisano will continue their current strategy of partnering with local design firms to deliver design-build services; while offering clients the added value of an in-house resource with the ability to collaborate with outside design partners utilizing a cutting edge technology platform, reps said.
Gargas will also lead the company’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts aimed to reduce waste and create efficiencies in the field. He will join forces with project teams working toward common goals, supporting innovation efforts, and continuous improvement of Palmisano’s industry leading pre-construction services.
