Palmisano Grows Operations And Marketing Teams

 

NEW ORLEANS — Palmisano announces three new hires to join their growing team. Ryan Nash will serve as Superintendent, Adam Zander will serve as Assistant Project Manager, and Ann Horton will serve as Marketing Coordinator. They join Palmisano at a commemorative time as the company celebrates its five-year anniversary and continues to settle in to its new headquarters at 1730 Tchoupitoulas in the Lower Garden District, while concurrently building 10 projects in New Orleans.

Ryan brings 11 years of project management and field operations experience to his new role with Palmisano. A native of Hillsboro, MO, Ryan worked for a national commercial construction firm for six years. He collaborated on multiple components of the New Orleans-based VA Hospital, including overall project MEP, construction of the 140-room inpatient building, and the historic renovation to Dixie research facility over a five-year period. Ryan’s proven ability to seek best value for clients and maintain schedule and quality will be a key asset to Palmisano’s Field Operations. Ryan graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a BS in Construction Management.

Adam is a native New Orleanean and the newest member of Palmisano’s project management team. He brings commercial and residential project experience from New Orleans and Baton Rouge-based firms. Adam has collaborated on a host of project types, including government, healthcare, multifamily, new office construction and custom residential. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.

Ann joins Palmisano at an exciting time as their marketing program takes on new project proposals and branding projects. Ann holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an AS in Graphic Design from The Shillington School in New York.

Rau Antiques Expansion, Lake Terrace Road & Utility Improvements, St. Peter and Paul Hotel, and 211 Royal Mixed Use.
