NEW ORLEANS – The Palmisano Express Team, a division of Palmisano, which focuses on fast track and smaller scale projects, announced the successful completion of a project at the Pan American Life Center, 601 Poydras St., in New Orleans. In just four months, Palmisano Express Team transformed 14,000 square feet of meeting rooms into white box retail and restaurant space.
Among the new tenants: Starbucks, Tsunami and Morris Bart, which are all projected to open late summer or early fall.
The building is owned by Stirling Properties.
Dick Cyr, Sr., Project Manager said, “This was the first project Stirling Properties and Palmisano have built together. The process was completed on time and within budget, with a strong team of professionals onsite and overseeing the construction.”

Typical Express Team projects include hotel upgrades/ remodels, site/ image upgrades, tenant buildouts and improvements, design/ build projects, white box retail space, office spaces, and restaurant renovations/conversions.
