NEW ORLEANS – The American Geophysical Union, which brought 20,000 attendees to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in downtown New Orleans on Dec. 7 brought the largest number of registered attendees to the center in December. A packed 2018 schedule for convention groups means the downtown area will continue to bustle with professionals (and superfans).
That’s according to The New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau and The New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation website.
