NEW ORLEANS- District “E” City Councilmember Cyndi Nguyen and partners announced today that the second annual Jingle on the Boulevard Parade will take place at noon Saturday, Dec.14 in New Orleans East.
According to a press release, the parade was founded by Councilmember Nguyen to bring back family fun experiences to “The E, Where Family Comes First,” while enhancing economic development and tourism activities to help promote local businesses. The event will highlight retailers, restaurants and shops along the parade route from Crowder Boulevard to Haynes Boulevard to Read Boulevard – and all the way to Lake Forest Plaza.
The Jingle On The Boulevard Parade is a new addition to the many cultural events presented in the city throughout the year to improve the quality of life for residents and ensure a steady flow of tourism.
