Oatley Joins Kean Miller In New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS – Kean Miller announced Zia C. Oatley has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the New Orleans office. Oatley will practice in the environmental litigation group.

         Oatley earned her B.A., with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002. She earned her Masters in Public Policy from Duke University, Sanford Institute of Public Policy and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2006. While at Duke, Oatley was executive editor of the Duke Law and Technology Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

         After law school, Oatley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory W. Carman with the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York City from 2006-2008.
