HAMMOND, La. – North Oaks Health System officials have announced the relocation of several clinics to support ongoing growth and better serve patients. The moves became effective on Jan. 12.
North Oaks Primary Care—Hammond Relocation
North Oaks Primary Care—Hammond will transition from North Oaks Clinic Building 2 to two new clinic sites on the North Oaks Medical Center campus.
As part of this move, Dr. Herbert Robinson III, along with Nurse Practitioners Polly Burrall and Jenna Anzalone Morgan, will join North Oaks Family Medicine—Medical Arts Plaza. They will begin seeing patients in Building 19 at 15742 Medical Arts Plaza in Hammond.
Additionally, Drs. Gayle H. Beyl and C. Bryan Miller, as well as Nurse Practitioners Shay Morgan and Kelsey St. Arnaud, will relocate to the new home of North Oaks Primary Care—Hammond in Suite 200 on the second floor of the North Oaks Office Plaza (Building 4), located at 15770 Paul Vega, MD, Drive.
Infectious Disease and Rheumatology Clinics Also Moving
The Jan. 12 transition also includes the relocation of North Oaks Infectious Disease and North Oaks Rheumatology from North Oaks Clinic Building 2 to Building 4. Drs. Anu Menon and Anish Shah with North Oaks Infectious Disease and Dr. Carl M. Gauthier and Physician Assistant Alexandra Richards with North Oaks Rheumatology will care for patients in Suite 204, also on the second floor of North Oaks Office Plaza (Building 4).
Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology Expansion
These coordinated moves make way, in part, for the continued expansion of Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology will grow into the entire second floor of North Oaks Clinic Building 2, Suite 200, at 15813 Paul Vega, MD, Dr. Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology providers include Drs. Brian Ashford, Kayla Basham Burkhardt, LaVias Burns, Lisa Colón, Amanda Deadmond, Rose DePaula-Cox, Jaime Edwards, Marylynn Nguyen and Marya Porter; Nurse Midwives Jennifer Bonaventure, Paige Falgout and Amy Linn; and Nurse Practitioners Marissa Griffin, Julie Ponder, Diane Rabalais and Meredith Tittsworth.
