NEW ORLEANS — On Thursday, Sept. 6, the New Orleans Chamber in partnership with NOLA SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) will host a seminar on best practices for recruitment and retention. From 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. there will be registration and networking, and from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. the program will be held.
Finding and keeping good employees requires thinking beyond the standard pay grade and benefits. Many factors are beyond our control, but here's your opportunity to learn how these three human resources professionals are able to retain employees. All three speakers represent winners of CityBusiness' 2017 Top Employers.

The event will take place at 1515 Poydras St. in the 5th Floor Auditorium. The cost is $15 for chamber members and $25 for non-members, which covers the cost of lunch.
