NEW ORLEANS – NOLA FoodFest at the Riverwalk’s Spanish Plaza and The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk, 500 Port of New Orleans Place, takes place Saturday, April 2, from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday, April 3, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Visitors and locals alike are encouraged to bring their appetites to the NOLA FoodFest, where they can enjoy views of the Mighty Mississippi while indulging in hometown fare from dozens of America’s best restaurants, diners and food trucks – hailing all the way from Texas to New York.
Several “star chefs” from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) will also be attending and interacting throughout the weekend.
The free event features live music throughout the weekend and a Beignet Eating Contest Sunday, on Sunday, April 3, at 12:30 p.m.
