NEW ORLEANS – “We are thrilled to announce the NOLA Caribbean Festival at Central City BBQ Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25,” said Joel Hitchcock Tilton, NOLA Caribbean Festival organizer.
Following the momentum of the sell-out success of the inaugural 2017 NOLA Jerk Chicken Festival at Central City BBQ, 1201 South Rampart St., the 4th Annual NOLA Caribbean Festival will showcase Caribbean cuisine, music, dance and culture while highlighting New Orleans’ deeply rooted cultural connections as the Caribbean's northern-most city, Tilton said.
The NOLA Caribbean Festival will feature top international talent from Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Honduras, Dominican Republic and New Orleans with performances by:

Multiple top restaurants and food trucks will be serving up delectable dishes, deserts and drinks from all around the Caribbean including vegetarian options, event reps said.

In addition, the NOLA Caribbean Festival will feature a kids corner, salsa tent, African drum lessons and New Orleans’ first ever Dancehall Queen competition.
