HARVEY, La. — Alabama-based commercial real estate company Colliers has announced the sale of The Waters at Manhattan, a Class A multifamily community in Harvey. The purchaser is Jason Wisotsky’s New York-based Four Corners Development Group.
The 360-unit property was constructed in 2022 by Stoa Group, a construction company headquartered in Hammond, La.
“This monumental sale not only marks a significant milestone in the real estate landscape, but also represents the largest private investment ever recorded in the history of Jefferson Parish,” said Albert Elmore, multifamily director at Colliers, in a press release. “The acquisition underscores the immense potential and growing demand for upscale residential offerings in the region.”
Colliers’ Louisiana multifamily team, led by Elmore, represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
