They unveiled a new joint product – The Laerdal-SonoSim Ultrasound Solution – at the International Meeting for Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) in New Orleans that is anticipated to make ultrasounds the new stethoscope of the future.
SonoSim and Laerdal held live product demonstrations at IMSH showcasing the new simulation suite that integrates SonoSim’s ultrasound training technology directly into the Laerdal SimMan 3G and SimMom patient simulators. With increasing adoption of point-of-care ultrasonography, this innovative product now equips medical educators with a complete solution for simulation-based skill training and competency assessment, which ultimately will sharpen diagnostic accuracy and real-time clinical decision-making.
