NEW ORLEANS – Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts, which owns and operates ten French Quarter restaurants and seven daiquiri bars, and Daiquiri Paradise in St. Bernard Parish, has officially branched out to Metairie, LA.
The New Orleans Advocate reports the restaurant group bought the Houston’s Restaurant property on Veterans Memorial Boulevard from the Hillstone Restaurant Group earlier this year and will has announced they will open a new restaurant in its place.
According to The New Orleans Advocate, Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts didn’t have to look far for a general manager to run the new business. Former Houston's general manager Robert Hardie has been hired, and he’ll also be an owner with an interest in the new restaurant.
Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts current roster of restaurants includes Royal House, Chartres House, Le Bayou, The Original Pierre Maspero’s, Bayou Burger & Sports Company, Pier 424 Seafood Market, Cafe Maspero, Broussard's, Kingfish and The Bombay Club.
