NEW ORLEANS — Sarah Martzolf, of Keller Williams Realty New Orleans, has joined forces with realtors Hayley Bumpas and Kristen Nelson to form The Martzolf Group.
The group will represent buyers, sellers and developers with services including luxury real estate, development and interior design.
The three have a combined 26 years of experience and more than $150 million in real estate sales in the New Orleans metro area. Whether staging a house to sell or maximizing a client’s space through design, The Martzolf Group’s talents and passions come together to “Sell, Find, & Design,” Martzolf reps said.
For the last 13 years, Sarah Martzolf has worked with buyers and sellers in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Martzolf’s impeccable loyalty and service to her clients have them coming back year after year and referring their friends and family members, reps said. As her luxury real estate and design business grows, Martzolf said she looks forward to partnering with Bumpas and Nelson for the continuous growth of her company.
Bumpas received her Juris Doctorate in 2004. She joined Keller Williams and Martzolf in 2012 after a successful career in law. Bumpas’ background in contract law and her passion for real estate are utilized daily to ensure success for the Martzolf team and clients, reps said.
Nelson joins The Martzolf Group with more than eight years of real estate experience. She began her real estate career working in commercial real estate development, sales and leasing before realizing her passion for residential real estate. This diverse background has given Nelson a unique perspective of the local market, reps said.
