NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans was named the No. 2 city in the Top 15 Cities in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure. This designation is particularly valuable as it was the readers of Travel + Leisure who rated cities on qualities including sights and landmarks, culture, cuisine, friendliness, shopping and overall value. New Orleans scored an 85.71, earning a close second just behind Charleston, South Carolina.
