MARDI GRAS-ECONOMY — Tulane University economics professor Toni Weiss and members of the Tulane business student-based Freeman Consulting Group hold a news conference to discuss the economic impact of Mardi Gras in 2014 in New Orleans, 3:00 p.m. The study was funded by Carnival Krewe Civic Foundation Inc.
