Friday, Oct. 7 – National Center for Disaster Fraud (NCDF) discusses its efforts to combat fraud related to the recent record flooding that took place in Louisiana in August, via press conference with U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Louisiana (and NCDF Executive Director) Walt Green, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, FBI Special Agent-in-Charge Jeff Sallet, district attorney Hillar Moore, and representatives from federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, 10:30 a.m. NCDF is a partnership among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies which was established by the Department of Justice following Hurricane Katrina.
