Sunday, Nov. 5 – Louisiana National Guard (LANG) Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony for Louisiana Air National Guard Brig. Gen. (ret.) Harry A. Trosclair. Trosclair, a New Orleans native, was the chief of staff for the Louisiana Air National Guard for four years before he retired in 2000, 3:00 p.m. His 42-year career began when he enlisted in 1958 as a cable splicing and training technician, in which he achieved the rank of master sergeant.
