Did you know? James Martin is excited to be building out a renewable energy technology company out of the Historic Avondale Shipyard, which has involved building partnerships with a range of workforce institutions in the region. Gulf Wind Technology has also recently secured a lease at Port Fourchon to install Louisiana’s first wind turbine, which will be used as a technology demonstrator for the company’s novel innovations, as well as for engaging the renewable energy addition ‘workforce of tomorrow.’
