NEW ORLEANS – Local tech company rasa.io announced the release of a free, self-service newsletter platform to businesses and nonprofits who want to create personalized email content based on subscribers’ individual interests.
Organizations can use the innovative technology to send out articles, blog posts, photos, videos, social media posts, and commentary from like-minded sources and partners. When a reader clicks on a link, rasa.io learns what topics they are interested in. In future newsletters, readers start to receive content tailored to their interests based on their past behavior.
“Cookie-cutter newsletters don’t take into account everyone’s unique interests and style,” said rasa.io CEO Amith Nagarajan. “Here in New Orleans, we know how much individualism and unique culture matter, so we built an innovative way to incorporate that into email messaging.”
Every newsletter sent with rasa.io is customized. All the content needed to fill a newsletter will be fetched automatically, whether it’s written in-house or pulled from another external source.
“We hope to help businesses and nonprofits keep their followers up to date even when they may not have time to create their own unique content every week,” said Nagarajan.
According to Lifewire.com, the total number of business and consumer emails sent and received per day exceeded 293 billion in 2019 and is forecasted to grow to over 347 billion by the end of 2023. rasa.io’s platform using artificial intelligence intends to cut through the clutter and provide readers with substantial content with an intuitive platform.
“AI tools can be easy to implement! The tech doesn’t have to be intimidating or include an organizational process overhaul. These are tools you can use today that are easy to use and have a big impact,” said rasa.io Director of Customer Success Erica Rench. “Also, it’s made in the Big Easy – so, naturally, we’re easy to reach for help, too!”
