NEW ORLEANS – The Emeril Lagasse Foundation announced Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, Anderson East, Banditos and Lost Bayou Ramblers will take the stage at this year’s Boudin, Bourbon & Beer at Champions Square on Friday, November 4, 2016:
• Lost Bayou Ramblers – 6 p.m.
• Banditos – 7 p.m.
• Anderson East – 8:15 p.m.
• Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings – 9:35 p.m.
One of the region’s top food and music festivals, the 6th annual Boudin, Bourbon & Beer has expanded its chef lineup to showcase more than 60 local and national chefs preparing their own creative styles of boudin sausage. Award-winning chefs including Ed Lee of Louisville, Beau MacMillan of Phoenix, and Louisiana-based Will Avelar, Michael Gulotta, Justin Devillier, Isaac Toups, Tory McPhail and more, will join Chef Emeril Lagasse along with co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and John Currence.
Guests will also enjoy open bars featuring a selection of craft beers, premium spirits, fine wines, as well as cigars, a silent auction and merchandise from the following sponsors:

Tickets to Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2016 are on sale for $99 and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Ticket price includes all food, beverage and live entertainment.
Boudin, Bourbon & Beer is part of Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s two-night signature fundraising weekend and is held annually the night prior to nationally recognized charity wine auction and gala dinner, Carnivale du Vin. Last year’s fundraising weekend raised $3 million for children’s charities.
All proceeds from Boudin, Bourbon & Beer benefit Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
