NEW ORLEANS— In the midst of frosty relationships between nations worldwide, Mayor Mitch Landrieu and Orléans, France Mayor Olivier Carré will sign a Sister City Agreement to reinforce friendships, promote peace and develop the relationship between New Orleans and Orléans, France as New Orleans' tricentennial approaches this year.
The signing will take place in Mayor Landrieu’s office on Jan. 5.
