Lemonade Day Louisiana will take place statewide on Saturday, May 6. It’s a free, statewide program dedicated to teaching children how to start, own and operate their own business through the simple and time-honored act of building and running a lemonade stand. Young entrepreneurs are provided with free, detailed support materials to help them establish their lemonade stand on Lemonade Day. Lemonade Day Louisiana was founded by entrepreneurs Todd Graves and John Georges in 2010 and has reached more than 100,000 kids. Lemonade Day's program is empowering today's youth to become tomorrow's entrepreneurs, one lemonade stand at a time.
