NEW ORLEANS — Law firm Kean Miller has announced the addition of information technology veteran Mike Carter as chief information officer. He will be responsible for the firm’s technology platform, including hardware and application support, infrastructure design and implementation, user and client support services, technology education and training, data security and cyber-awareness, and business continuity and disaster recovery. Carter has more than 20 years of experience in designing technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
