Metairie Small Animal Hospital To Open Satellite Location In The Marigny

Local grocery chain Robért Fresh Market to anchor retail space

Metairie Small Animal Hospital will open a satellite location in the new Robért Fresh Market Shopping Center at the corner of Elysian Fields and St. Claude Avenues in New Orleans, Corporate Realty, Inc announced.

The new retail space will complement local grocery chain Robért Fresh Market, which will open a new, 26,000-square-foot store as the anchor of the shopping center. The location is within the block bounded by Elysian Fields Avenue, St. Claude Avenue and Marigny and North Rampart Streets. The development also includes approximately 12,200 square feet of additional retail opportunities.

The new animal clinic will provide medical and surgical care, pet grooming and day care services to residents in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Metairie Small Animal Hospital staff members are looking forward to providing quality veterinary care for pets in the area while promoting animal welfare as a visible fixture in the community.

Austin Lavin and Hayden Wren of Corporate Realty Inc. are leasing the remaining retail space in conjunction with this project.

“We have a few remaining spaces available and are looking to bring in other high-quality tenants to compliment Robért Fresh Market and Metairie Small Animal Hospital,” Lavin said.

Construction of the shopping center is proceeding quickly, with Robért Fresh Market scheduled to open at the beginning of 2018. Metairie Small Animal Hospital is set to open in May of 2018.
