NEW ORLEANS — Max Ferran has joined DonahueFavret Contractors’ ownership group. Existing partners Patrick Descant, vice president of preconstruction services; Bryan Hodnett, vice president of business development; and David Dupre, vice president of operations, have also increased their ownership interest in the company.
“This is an exciting time for our company,” said John Donahue, the company’s president and CEO. “This strategic move is not just a testament to Max’s dedication to our clients and exceptional contributions but also aligns seamlessly with our long-range strategic plan. We are confident that he will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of DonahueFavret.”
Ferran joined DonahueFavret in 2015 as a senior project manager and corporate safety director. His expertise includes multiple contract delivery methods in the medical, hospitality, multi-family, commercial office and retail sectors. He was elected to the company’s board of directors in 2019 and became a vice president and director of operations in 2020. During his time as a project manager at the company, he has managed nearly $300 million in construction value.
