NEW ORLEANS – The Board of Governors of Le Petit Théâtre du Vieux Carré announced the departure of Managing Director Katie Hallman, who has been appointed executive director of Theatre Cedar Rapids in Cedar Rapids, IA, Hallman’s hometown.
"Katie's time as managing director has been one of very healthy growth for Le Petit,” Board President Bruce Hoefer said. “Her leadership and operational management has been extremely valuable, and the Board thanks her and wishes her the greatest success in this next phase of her career."
Currently celebrating its 100th Anniversary Season, Le Petit Theatre is poised to build on its recent successes with “Pippin,” “Freud's Last Session” and “Jelly's Last Jam” under the continued leadership of Artistic Director, Maxwell Williams, theatre reps said.
