NEW ORLEANS – The Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) is pleased to present Made in Louisiana – a festival showcasing the food, beverages and culinary products all made in the Pelican state. Guests will enjoy samples and can purchase holiday gifts from over 45 purveyors. Products include craft beers, snacks, andouille, breads, absinthe, salsa, oils, rum, spice mixes, boudin, Cajun caviar, jams, sauces, coffees, pies, gelato, vodkas, organic cocktail syrups, honey, gin, bitters, sourdough breads, ice cream, tasso, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, fig preserves, cupcakes, hummus, pickles, pecans, kale chips, wild boar sausage and more.
Made in Louisiana will take place Saturday, Dec. 16 from 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum, 1504 O.C. Haley Boulevard in New Orleans.
