NEW ORLEANS – Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard attorney Shaundra Schudmak will give a presentation during the annual Louisiana Claims Association 2016 Educational Conference & Expo, from June 27-29, at the Natchez Convention Center in Natchez, MS.
Schudmak’s primary areas of practice are insurance coverage, insurance defense, insurance bad-faith claims, uninsured motorist coverage, commercial litigation, torts, employment law, and premises and public-sector liability.
Her conference presentation will focus on an insurer’s options when the insured does not cooperate in a claim, including a discussion of the cooperation clause in insurance policies and a review of related case law in several Gulf States.
The Louisiana Claims Association three-day annual conference is designed for insurance adjusters and agents, risk managers, defense attorneys, and all professionals involved in handling insurance claims. This marks Schudmak’s second straight year in serving as a conference speaker.
