NEW ORLEANS – Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard Senior Partner Stewart Peck will be a presenter at the University of Texas School of Law’s 25th annual Admiralty and Maritime Law Conference on Friday, August 26, 2016, in Houston, TX.
Peck’s presentation will focus on bankruptcy and maritime law, including complex constitutional and jurisdictional issues that arise at the intersection of those two areas of law. The conference is part of the university’s continuing legal education program.
