NEW ORLEANS – Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard announced Emmitt “Tripp” DuBose has joined the firm as an associate in its New Orleans office.
DuBose’s primary areas of practice are maritime personal injury defense, insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
DuBose’s experience also encompasses trucking defense, product liability, class action and construction litigation. He is experienced in all aspects of case management, from initial evaluation to settlement negotiations. DuBose is licensed to practice in Louisiana state and federal courts.
A native of Mobile, AL, DuBose earned a bachelor’s degree from Sewanee: The University of the South. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. As a law student, he served as lead editor for The Journal of the Legal Profession and was inducted into the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
