NEW ORLEANS – The 2017 Louisiana Women Leaders Conference will take place on Dec. 2 at the Marriott New Orleans at 9 a.m in conjunction with Louisiana Center for Women in Government and Business Hall of Fame event.

Featured presenters at the conference will be:
-Elizabeth Smart, Founder of the “Elizabeth Smart Foundation.” Elizabeth has also helped promote The National AMBER Alert, The Adam Walsh Child Protection & Safety Act and other safety legislation to help prevent abductions.
-Mike Wagenheim, foreign correspondent in Israel (former Nicholls State University student). Wagenheim will connect live during the conference with a female member of the Israeli Parliament to shed light on differences between opportunities for women in Israel and the United States.
-Demo Diva Simon Bruni and Carol Neff and Louisiana Caterpillar Sally Boyce Rinehart, non-traditional opportunities for women/small business leadership/workforce development.
-Linda Thurman and panel, Hollywood South Opportunities.
