NEW ORLEANS – Locke Lord has achieved a 100 percent rating in the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the third consecutive year. A perfect score in this annual report evaluating policies and practices related to LGBTQ employees earns the Firm the distinction of being an “Employer of Choice” for LGBTQ employees. “Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is one of Locke Lord’s core values, and earning a perfect score in the CEI for the third consecutive year is indicative of the Firm’s dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace and constantly working to build upon the progress we’ve made,” said Locke Lord chair David Taylor.

Locke Lord predecessor firm Edwards Wildman earned a 100 percent rating in the HRC Foundation’s CEI for seven consecutive years from 2009-2015.
