Local Consulting Firm Continues To Expand With New Hires

NEW ORLEANS — trepwise, a local impact consulting firm, is delighted to announce two new additions to its team, further establishing the impact the firm has on its clients and the community.

Earlier this summer, Camilo Montanez came on as an intern at trepwise, where he supports client teams for a variety of organizations spanning a wide range of industries, including for-profit, non-profit, and public organizations. On these teams, Camilo interacts directly with business and organizational leaders to conduct a variety of activities that develop pragmatic responses to their challenges. Prior to trepwise, Camilo founded an agricultural/real estate start-up company, Green and White SAS, which produced coffee, meat, milk, and greens. Before that, he worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank as a banker and later as a VP Branch Manager.

Last month Matt Campbell was hired as an Associate at trepwise, where he supports client engagements and internal initiatives. Matt is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations scale by creating sustainable systems of change. Prior to trepwise, Matt worked as Director of Admissions at Wyncode Academy, a coding bootcamp in Miami, Florida that provides technical and soft skills training for career advancement. In his role, he explored many functions, including strategy, operations, and marketing to increase his impact.

“Continuing to grow and further diversify our team has been so fulfilling for me as the Founder,” said Kevin Wilkins, founder and managing director of trepwise. “Our recent hiring has not only been a reaction to client demand, but has also given us the opportunity to diversify our knowledge, attract talent to New Orleans, and contribute to local economic growth.”
