NEW ORLEANS – Urban Properties Real Estate, a local commercial brokerage, property management and development firm, recently added 6,000 square-feet to its property management portfolio with 2040 St. Charles Avenue, the current home of Eiffel Society. Details were shared in a press release.
The addition of this property to Urban’s management portfolio demonstrates the company’s ability to manage specialized assets around the Greater Metropolitan New Orleans Area.

Recently under new ownership, Eiffel Society is a contemporary special events venue and lounge. The building has a unique history, constructed from 11,062 pieces of a restaurant that was originally housed in the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
