NEW ORLEANS – After more than a decade with LAMMICO, Kristi Verrette, CPA, CGMA, has been promoted to chief financial officer effective March 1. Ms. Verrette assumes the position from Thomas L. McCormick, CPA, who retired after more than 20 years with LAMMICO.
Ms. Verrette began her career with one of the then “Big 8” CPA firms, Coopers & Lybrand serving clients in a variety of industries. In 2006, she joined LAMMICO as Finance Manager before being promoted to Controller in 2009. Ms. Verrette is well prepared to assume her new role as she worked very closely with Mr. McCormick for much of last year to ensure a smooth transition upon his retirement.
