NEW ORLEANS — Keith Jenkins has been named managing partner of KPMG’s Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Shreveport offices. He is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of all three KPMG offices in Louisiana, supporting the development of nearly 155 partners and professionals. He replaces Julie Luecht, who will continue focusing on her Houston office managing principal and market leadership roles.
“I am tremendously honored to lead our exceptional team of partners and professionals in this new role,” said Jenkins. “Having called Louisiana home my entire career, I look forward to further enhancing relationships across the state, fostering our firm’s robust culture and empowering our talented people to continue delivering value for clients.”
Jenkins began his career with KPMG in New Orleans in 2004 and was admitted to the partnership in 2016. He was appointed office managing partner for New Orleans and Baton Rouge in 2023. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University, and his MBA degree from the University of New Orleans.
Jenkins has been actively involved with KPMG’s DEI councils and has been active in the firm’s local recruiting initiatives. In March 2023, he was selected as the lead audit partner for Xavier University as part of an HCBU recruiting initiative.
Jenkins is a board member for the Good Shephard School.
