Keller Williams Welcomes Another Top Agent from Competing Firm

NEW ORLEANS — Real estate agent Michael Styles has changed his affiliation from Engel & Volkers to Keller Williams.

Styles claimed $23 million in sales volume in 2022, which earned him a top 20 ranking from the New Orleans Metro Association of Realtors. His move comes a few months after Chris Smith, another leading New Orleans real estate agent, joined the KW team.

“Michael’s decision to join us, leaving behind the number one position at Engel & Volkers, speaks volumes about his commitment to growth,” said Cody Caudill, team leader at Keller Williams New Orleans, in a press release. “His exceptional ability to build a trusted business network, evidenced by his high rate of repeat clients, aligns perfectly with our values. We are thrilled to support Michael in this new chapter of his career.”

“Having known and worked with Michael for years, I’m confident in his ability to grow here at KW,” said MJ Sauer, KW New Orleans co-broker. “His passion for real estate, coupled with our resources and support, will undoubtedly lead to new heights of success.”

Styles said he plans to form a team with Nicholas Dupas at KW.

“Joining Keller Williams New Orleans offers the perfect platform for me to scale my business,” he said. “The opportunity to grow a team using the unparalleled resources at KW is exactly what I need to take my real estate business to the next level and best serve my clients.”
