NEW ORLEANS — Keely Thibodeaux, a licensed architect and contractor, and certified Project Management Professional, is the Principal-in-Charge of Landmark Consulting LLC, a boutique program management and disaster recovery services firm, headquartered in New Orleans, LA.
Since 2011, Landmark has garnered an outstanding performance history, managing capital, infrastructure and disaster recovery projects for municipal agencies, educational institutions and private non-profits. With Keely at the helm, Landmark has set a standard for Best Practices, with its ingenuity in creating high-level database management and real-time interactive reporting tools which can save clients millions of dollars. In its six years as a full-time firm, Landmark has added three additional offices (New York City, NY, Columbia, SC and Houston, TX).
Prior to launching Landmark Consulting, Keely served on the Program Management Executive Team of the City of New Orleans Capital Recovery Program, managing over 630 projects valued at $1.6 billion; the largest infrastructure recovery project in American history (post-Hurricane Katrina). During this tenure, she created and implemented the "100 Community Project" Plan, for the recently elected Mayor, Mitchell Landrieu.
Keely is an innovative problem solver with expertise in program management, project controls, disaster recovery and resiliency and large- funding stream compliance. She is an active participant in several national and local, civic and professional organizations.
