NEW ORLEANS – Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Jessica Engler has earned her designation as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (APP). The credential is based on a foundational understanding of privacy and data protection law, as well as practice and knowledge of jurisdictional laws, regulations and enforcement models.
Jessica is an associate in Kean Miller’s Baton Rouge office. She is a graduate of LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Engler joined the firm in 2013 and practices in the intellectual property, construction, and data security groups. She practices in the intellectual property, construction, and data security groups. Engler has experience in the many aspects of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, and copyrights.
