BATON ROUGE – Kean Miller LLP announced in a press release the addition of Kennon S. Breaux as the firm’s chief financial officer. Breaux will be responsible for all accounting and financial functions, including budgeting, financial and managerial reporting, internal control, employee retirement 401K plan management, financial analysis and treasury management.
Additionally, she will be involved in the firm’s strategic planning process, alternative fee proposal development, and innovative pricing efforts.
Breaux will supervise a team of accounting professionals and will work closely with key management personnel.
