NEW ORLEANS — Jones Walker LLP announced the firm has elected seven new partners in the New Orleans office effective Jan. 1.
The new partners include Alexander N. Breckinridge, V, Laura F. Ashley, Christopher D. Cazenave, Victoria Gallo Davies, P.J. Kee, Daniella Genet Silberstein, and Mary Margaret Spell:
• Alexander N. Breckinridge, V, a member of the Corporate Compliance & White Collar Defense Team in the New Orleans office, focuses on securities litigation and enforcement, corporate governance litigation, corporate compliance, and complex commercial litigation.
• Laura F. Ashley, a member of the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, represents and counsels a diverse group of national companies, particularly in the areas of commercial bankruptcy litigation, foreclosure litigation and complex litigation.
• Christopher D. Cazenave, a member of the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, with a concentration on construction law.
• Victoria Gallo Davies, a member of the Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the New Orleans office, focuses on commercial contracting for routine business operations and capital projects, such as drafting and negotiating master service, purchase, consulting, engineering, construction and other similar agreements and aircraft purchase, lease and charter agreements, for companies in a variety of industries.
• P.J. Kee, a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, focuses on protecting clients from — as well as defending clients against alleged—trade secret theft, computer fraud and abuse, unfair competition, conspiracies, and non-compete violations. Mr. Kee also represents clients in criminal defense matters.
• Daniella Genet Silberstein, a member of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office, focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance.
• Mary Margaret Spell, a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, focuses on wage and hour compliance and litigation with substantial experience representing employers in class, collective, and individual actions under federal and state wage and hour laws. Her practice also includes defending employers in cases involving allegations of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation under federal, state, and local laws.
