With its 2021 expansion into Metairie and Mandeville, Citizens National Bank (CNB) has grown to thirteen Louisiana branches all investing time, money, and resources in their local communities. CNB opened its first branch in North Louisiana in 1985 with the mission to provide the business community and individuals with high-value financial services. CNB believes its success is a reflection of the community it serves. The bank invests in local nonprofit organizations through its company volunteer program and partners with business customers to showcase their accomplishments and relationships with the community.

“In just eighteen months since opening its new branches, CNB has established a strong presence in the NOLA region,” says Jim Hudson, Executive Vice President/New Orleans Market President. “Our offices in Metairie and Mandeville are comprised of seasoned and highly professional bankers that are well known in the community and who understand the importance of investing in our local community. We strive to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction that CNB has become known for throughout our 37-year history.”

CNB offers relationship banking consumer and business products, mortgage lending, and investment services in addition to a full suite of commercial loan and treasury management products, all with the benefit of local and timely decision-making. For businesses and non-profits of varying sizes, CNB professional tools are available to serve businesses and non-profits at any stage of growth.

The company is expecting to open a third area office, its second in Jefferson Parish in Gretna. Meanwhile, its Metairie office currently serves as home base for the Jefferson Business Council and the Jefferson Community Foundation. In addition, its Team Members are actively engaged with and support the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, JEDCO, Home Builders of New Orleans, WBIA, Jefferson Parish Public School System, and many other initiatives.
