Founded in Louisiana more than 50 years ago, Delta Personnel provides temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, executive hire, and on-site management services. Today, this family-owned business is helmed by Teresa Lawrence, President/Owner, and has expanded to offer scaling and HR services through Delta Administrative Services, which she runs with Founder and husband David Lawrence.

The family of companies has thrice received the Jefferson Chamber Healthy Business Award for Small Business and was recently named to the Women Business Enterprise Hall of Fame. In 2019, Teresa Lawrence received an IWEC Foundation Award, international recognition for exceptional women entrepreneurs.
A Cuban-born entrepreneur, she credits her pursuit of freedom, mingled with sheer uncertainty,
for inspiring her to dedicate her life to helping people find jobs, obtain financial stability, and support their families. She plans to expand Delta nationwide and into new industries, partnering with more minority businesses and advocating for diversity and acceptance.
