NEW ORLEANS — To find the places in Louisiana where the most people carry insurance, SmartAsset has released the fourth annual edition of it's “Most Insured Places” study, and Jefferson Parish has ranked in the top ten. Metrics that were analyzed include coverage rates for life, health and auto insurance.
