NEW ORLEANS – With the holiday season right around the corner, the Jefferson Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc. (JCVB) is partnering with the Second Harvest Food Bank in the fight against hunger by hosting a food drive from Thursday, October 15 – Sunday, November, 15, 2015, in cooperation with their partners in tourism.
The JCVB will be collecting non-perishable food items for families and individuals in need this holiday season.
All members of the JCVB and supporters of Jefferson Parish tourism are encouraged to sign up to become a donation center and pick up donation boxes at the JCVB office.

Upon completion of the drive, the JCVB will pick up the donation boxes from each participating member organization.
