NEW ORLEANS – Whether you are a small business owner, an entrepreneur, or a professional working out of a corporate headquarters, you probably know by now that social media should be a part of your overall marketing strategy. Not only does a social media presence provide your company with increased exposure and the potential to generate sales leads, but it also welcomes a new level of customer engagement. It’s a cost-effective tool that can help your company achieve success – if used properly.
Jefferson Chamber teamed up with JEDCOÂ to bring you a Prosper Jefferson seminar that will help you create your digital marketing strategy.
During the two-hour Prosper workshop, which takes place on Wednesday, July 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., a panel of experts will share their advice for navigating the social media landscape, enhancing your digital game, and developing long-term customers in the process. Topics cover social media basics, along with creating strong content and growing social media platforms.
Speakers include Doug Tatum, who oversees all digital media properties and the support staffs for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans; Gretchen Hirt Gendron, the director of public relations at Gambel Communications; Johnny Domiano, a partner in charge at Adams and Reese, LLP law firm; and Sarah Hugg Centorino, a communications strategist and social media expert from Gambel Communications.
The event will happen inside the JEDCO Conference Center (701A Churchill Parkway, Avondale, LA 70094). The $5 admission fee covers breakfast. Register online, here.
