MANDEVILLE, LA – Jefferson Capital Partners announced the sale of Packaging Products Corporation, LLC (PPC) to Fisher Container Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company majority owned by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the Private Equity team within Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
The sale marks a significant exit for Jefferson Capital's maiden fund, Jefferson Capital Partners I, LP as it winds down its investment portfolio. JCP co-invested in PPC with C3 Capital, MidStates Capital, Plaza Belmont and lead investor Konza Valley Capital.
PPC is a leader in flexographic printing and converting of flexible films, bags and pouches primarily used for food packaging. PPC operates two manufacturing facilities: one at its headquarters in Mission, KS and another in Rome, Georgia. CEO Bill Mackin is also formerly CEO of another JCP portfolio company, having successfully led Mama Rosa's before being recruited to helm PPC.
