BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Argent Trust Company announced today that it has named Jeff Bradley as senior vice president of institutional services in the Birmingham office. He will report to Mark Milton, director of institutional services at Argent Trust.
Bradley will assist in expanding Argent’s institutional trust platform of services working specifically with corporate, government and non-profit clients. He will also work with Argent Retirement Plan Advisors, a registered investment advisory subsidiary, consulting with all types of employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Bradley joins Argent after working for Regions Financial Corporation for 17 years. He started in Mobile as vice president of institutional services. In 2010, he moved to the Birmingham office and was promoted to senior vice president of institutional services. Prior to Regions, Bradley was vice president of trust at First-Citizens Bank and Trust in Raleigh, North Carolina.
“Jeff’s core competencies are a perfect match for our business model, which is focused on delivering customized, fiduciary advice to our clients,” said Milton. “His leadership will play a critical role as we continue to expand our scope of client services in Birmingham and throughout the southeast.”
“With more than 20 years of experience, Jeff is a skilled advisor and has an extensive institutional background,” said Mollie Seymour, Birmingham market president. “He also understands the needs of local businesses and clients. We’re lucky to have him on the team.”
Bradley received his bachelor’s in business administration with a focus on trust and financial planning from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
“Argent has a strong commitment to wealth and trust services, along with a client-first mentality,” said Bradley. “It’s the perfect opportunity. I’m excited to get started.”
